On to the Next Chapter...

She's been a good crib.

She has weathered the elements ... soggy diapers, leaky bottles, night terrors.

She has been used for many things ... her railings as chew toys, her mattress and springs as a trampoline, her undercarriage as a favorite hiding place.

She has been assembled over and over, through our several moves, each time emerging as strong as the day we pulled her out of that big, cardboard box.

But most importantly, she has provided a soft, warm, safe place for my children to rest their heads.

Now the time has come for us to go our separate ways.
She's a simple gal, nothing fancy, but she's solid.

She's still got some good years left in her.

There will be other babies, but mine were her first.

(If any one needs a crib, she's yours for the taking.)
